This Privacy Policy explains how CUMS Consulting LLC, operating the New Constructions Palm Beach brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, the contents of your inquiry, communication preferences, and basic technical data generated when you use this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to property and new construction inquiries, coordinate requested communications, provide relevant information, maintain our records, protect this website, and comply with applicable law. If you separately opt in to SMS, we may use your phone number as described in our SMS Terms.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell or rent your submitted contact details or buying plan. Optional advertising measurement is described below.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers that process data solely on our behalf to operate this website, manage inquiries, or deliver requested communications. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.

When you send a buying plan, we store your contact details, choices and request in Supabase and use Follow Up Boss to manage requested personal follow-up. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Sending a plan does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or email info@newconstructionspalmbeach.com .
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Cookies and technical data

Necessary technologies support security, form delivery and your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising are off until you allow them. With analytics permission, we record approved page and tool actions, form steps, campaign parameters, a referrer origin, timestamps and random browser/session identifiers. With advertising permission, we may remember advertising click IDs and conversion identifiers. Browser attribution expires after 90 days and a session renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Privacy choices expire after 180 days. With personalization permission, permitted activity may be linked to a submitted request. We do not put names, email addresses, phone numbers, buying-plan text or Finder conversations in navigation analytics.

Optional measurement providers

When configured and permitted by your choices, Google Analytics and Google Ads can measure visits or conversions, Meta can measure advertising conversions, and Microsoft Clarity can help us understand page usability. The buying-plan interface is masked for session replay. These services are not enabled merely by submitting a plan. We do not enable advertising audience personalization or send submitted contact details for advertising matching in this release. Browser privacy signals that request an advertising opt-out keep advertising off. See the Google, Meta and Microsoft privacy policies.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can change optional measurement using Privacy choices. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement and clears our browser attribution identifiers; contact and security records may remain for the purposes described here. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal exceptions. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. You may also contact us using the information below.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
