SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the New Constructions Palm Beach messaging program operated by CUMS Consulting LLC.

Program description

After you provide express consent, we may send text messages regarding new construction information, responses to property inquiries, appointment coordination, reminders, and important updates related to your request. The program is not used to provide emergency services.

Consent and enrollment

Enrollment requires a separate express SMS opt-in. Sending our buying-plan form does not enroll you. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Please do not submit a phone number that you do not control or have authority to use.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opt out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. We may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you enroll again.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance, call (561) 621-1344, or email info@newconstructionspalmbeach.com .

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of your carrier’s network and compatible device.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For more information, review our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as permitted by law. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
