Treasure Coast new-home questions

Which Treasure Coast areas can I explore?

Start with our Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce guides. These are the two Treasure Coast cities currently covered on this website, not a directory of every place in the region.

Does an area guide confirm that homes are available?

No. Each guide introduces the location and the questions to ask when buying there. Its models section is separate: only current, approved property information can establish an option to discuss. Availability, price and delivery timing need confirmation.

Where can I compare my shortlisted areas?

Use the Compare areas page to put up to three guides side by side. You can include areas from both regions and carry your shortlist into your buying plan.

Are Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce in Palm Beach County?

No. Both are separate cities in St. Lucie County. They belong in the Treasure Coast section of this website. Use the Palm Beach County hub to explore our twelve guides farther south.
